We’re Stacy and Chef Jason, the owners of City Moose Catering. Family owned since 2016 and based in Hudson, we have experience catering weddings at Hyla Brook Estate in Derry, New Hampshire.

Cocktail hour

Welcome your guests with a grazing table, passed appetizers, or both. We’ll help you choose a combination that works with your timeline and service plan.

Buffet dinner

Bring everyone together over a welcoming buffet, with entrées, sides, and accompaniments selected to make a meal that feels like yours.

Desserts & coffee

Finish with something sweet and coffee if you’d like. We’ll confirm your selections, the display, and who supplies the coffee equipment and service items.

Thoughtful presentation

For staffed buffet service, our team tends and replenishes the food. We’ll discuss City Moose displayware and presentation options to suit your menu and setup.

A clear plan.
A caring team

Venue-specific logistics matter. We coordinate access, catering workspace, buffet placement, and setup and cleanup expectations with the Hyla Brook team so everyone understands the catering plan.

Food is prepared in our Hudson kitchen, transported appropriately, and finished for service on-site as needed. Your menu and the available workspace guide those arrangements.

Stacy & Chef Jason

Stacy leads planning and front-of-house details, and Chef Jason leads the food. For staffed weddings, we’re personally involved with the City Moose team, carrying the planning conversation through to your celebration.

Dinnerware, clearly arranged

Premium dishwasher-safe disposable dinnerware is available. If venue china or serviceware is being used, we confirm who provides each item and who handles setup and cleanup during planning.

Private tastings

As part of wedding planning, we offer a private one-hour tasting of your actual proposed wedding menu. It’s a chance to taste your selections and talk through the details together.

Care for dietary needs

Chef Jason is allergen-awareness certified and can discuss suitable options, including individually plated meals when appropriate. The City Moose kitchen does handle common allergens, so specific needs should be discussed before your menu is finalized.
