City Moose Catering is an experienced and professional catering company based in Hudson, New Hampshire.
Family owned and operated since 2016, our business brings together Jason’s culinary expertise and Stacy’s care for the planning, presentation, and people behind every event.
FROM THE KITCHEN TO YOUR CELEBRATION
Jason Lamountain is our executive chef, bringing his culinary expertise to every dish he serves. He began his culinary career at Alvirne High School and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
At the CIA, Jason spent three years with the Functions Department, catering events on campus. He went on to receive his master’s degree in business administration and accepted a position as private chef for FLIR.
In 2016, Jason and Stacy, co-owner and catering events coordinator, opened the award-winning City Moose Catering. It became our passion and our full-time work.
Catering is at the heart of everything we do. We devote our full attention to planning, preparing, and serving food for your celebrations, with a dedicated kitchen, a dependable team—including local moms!—and personal care for every client.
With passion, energy, and attention to detail, we maintain a standard of excellence for every event. We look forward to what the future holds for our family-owned and operated catering business.
